Registration papers and matching photo ID, on every job, without exception. It is the step that stops someone else getting a key cut for your vehicle.
Why a vehicle-only locksmith is faster
A general locksmith splits their equipment budget, their van space and their training across door hardware, safes, restricted key systems and the occasional car. When a modern smart key or a bike immobiliser turns up, they often have to decline it or send you to a dealer.
We made the opposite choice. The van carries automotive and motorcycle blanks, diagnostic equipment and key cutting gear, and nothing else. That is why we can usually finish in one visit, and why we will take on bikes that most locksmiths turn away.
It also means we say no to work outside that scope, rather than doing it badly.
